“Liverpool beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-1 to advance to the sixth round of the FA Cup on Friday night. Cody Gakpo hit the Wolves upright in the opening exchanges, but he was ruled offside. Neither side broke the deadlock in the first-half, even though Liverpool did have six shots at the Wolves goal. Wolves had none — the same as on Tuesday night.
