“Somebody had to pay the price for the Ivory Coast’s horrendous performance in the group stage of this Africa Cup of Nations. The hosts beat Guinea-Bissau 2-0 in their opening game, but then lost 1-0 to Nigeria and imploded against Equatorial Guinea.
